Ü translated: you can forget that is not working properly / not useful / good for nothing (I'm actually not sure if "are good" High German is, after being in Bavaria again what else is, as here).
Note the beautiful Genitive education, without which this expression would not be complete. Or how strange sounds on "This is as useful as the world's ass?" Exactly. Sticking to the simple raw gem of dialect!
